I've had no signal for 5 days, just a "emergency calls only" and sim card picture message.
O2 have said there is a damaged phone mast in the area, (ive travelled 10 miles to work and still had the same issue). seems terrible customer service to not have it fixed after 5 days?
Is there a way to switch to another mast?
Thanks

O2 will never give timescales for mast repairs. It depends on many factors

If you've travelled 10 miles it's not going to be an issue with your local mast.
It sounds more like a SIM issue.
Pop into your nearest O2 store for a free replacement SIM.
