I really am not getting anything from being with O2. I've spent £15 already and made no calls or texts and used no data. I feel like I'm just getting ripped off for my money with nothing in return. I am housebound and my phone does not ring at home so I can't receive calls... I can't check my voicemail coz O2 says I've got no credit.... This service is absolutely terrible

You need to call Customer Services - best time to call is 08:10am UK time, and the best number is (0800 081 0255) from any phone (a free call) - good luck, @Js1845.
