I’ve recently swapped my old iPhone for a 13. Connected to Wi-Fi and most things are working great, but no 5g ever shows. So I don’t receive any texts when I’m not connected to Wi-Fi. Why is this with my new phone? I’ve tried to reset and everything.

Did you use a new sim or the old sim card? If the new sim did you do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
5G is not available everywhere, check the o2 coverage checker at https://status.o2.co.uk
SMSoWiFi is not available yet on o2
Also do you have a 5G sim card, if not then you need to request one from o2.

To add to the above post from @madasaf1sh , you need a 5G phone, a 5G sim and be in an area which delivers 5G @mp101806
