I have been without service since Friday 9th February. When will my service be restored and will I be billed for the time of my service being unavailable? My postcode is IV19 1 JY

Reports of a Mast out. Looks like you are not well served by other masts so when one is out you will struggle.

Once you are back on you could request compensation, but as 100% uptime is not guaranteed it will depend on getting a friendly agent

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
