No service on, reset the phone yesterday which did the trick.
Today no signal all day, tried my wife’s O2 sim in my phone and works fine. My sim in her phone doesn’t work.

Are all your bills up to date @ChrisAldred ?
Do you get an error message on either phone?
You can try messaging o2 on social media to request a new sim, or visit your local shop with some photo ID.
