Hello my phone has had no service since around 11am today, I’m unhappy with this as I use my phone for work purposes and I couldn’t today since 11, I’ve had no service at all so no data, texts calls everything won’t work this phone is new so I don’t understand why

If you perform a manual network search on your phone, is O2 listed as an available network?
If yes - try selecting, what happens?
If no - you have a local coverage outage.
