Hello renewed my o2 contract on 5/12/33 on the 6th my phoned showed no service and says 4g call have been turned off by o2. I just have a mobile have been trying to find a live chat but just get the virtual chat can you please advise

yes that was the problem a stupid idea especially if you just have the one phone, thanks for your response.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Live chaat will normally appear when browsing the phones on the shop pages

Did you request a new sim card at all, as o2's new (idiotic) policy is to cut off the old sim until the new arrives..
