No service to my number

For the last week now I have had no service to my number and I can't even log into my online account - when you try to help and do a security check the number that you say you have texted in not my number - is a completely different number - i can't access my online account as well so I think something has happened to my number, could it be being used fraudulantly.

You need to contact O2.

You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

Does anyone know if the chat line is working as I have no service I cannot call into o2
