Hi I received my new iPhone 13 yesterday. Set it up and all was working fine, however once I left the house this morning, I have no service or Wifi, any ideas on what the problem is

If it is an upgrade you need to use your old sim or do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
