Hey, since landing in Ibiza last week my phone won’t allow roaming or signal even though they’re all switched on. Since returning back to the UK it is still not working. It originally had two numbers but now both have disappeared, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Try a network reset but if that doesn't work you'll need to contact O2.
