Hi all
I recently bought a new phone with a new number and had my existing number transferred to the sim in the new phone. Now I don't have any information on the o2 app relating to my new contract? When I try to sign into the app it gives me the msg 'Oops. My o2 isn't available to you yet. Don't worry you can still manage your account in My o2 for web'.
Then when I try to sign in via the web I get the msg 'contact number already associated with another user'.
Anyone got any ideas?

Lots of problems with the App
Can you use https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin?
If so delete the App and reboot the phone before reinstalling.

Try changing your password when logging in online.
Select the forgotten password link to do so.
