I check daily it says an engineer probably knows about it ha! This has been going on for months now! But nothing has been done. Now 02 is saying do I want more data as I’m constantly on 4g all the time!! Fed up is not the word!! If I go out I have better signal it’s ridiculous.

Surely if you are using a lot of 4g data it's working fine?

Indoors can limit the signal due to building construction though.

Guide here Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

Most annoying @Gingerbread

Have you downloaded the My Network app? You can report issues and get feedback. https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

If you speak to O2, you may be offered something as a gesture of goodwill

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

For reference with me EE reporting problems for 2 years, Three for the last 4 months and O2 last 3 weeks.

EE because they have been forced to decommission a mast and Three and O2 as there is prep work for 5G

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
