For the last 2 days I have had no network, emergency calls only! No reported issues in my area, have reset all settings o2 tell you too & restarted phone but still no luck! I can't get through to them on the phone as theyre not taking calls, any ideas what else I can try please?

When the options come up stay silent and then select the options to get through to some one... or try live chat at https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Thank you, i finally managed to get through!
Apparently nothing that can currently be done, it is to do with me ordering a new phone which has stopped me getting network on the current one 🙄
