Hello,
I’m away working in Spain. I arrived on Sunday and have had no access to a network or able to speak directly to a human at O2. It’s all feeling a bit desperate.
i’ve re set my network, data roaming on, self selected moviestar network. But nothing happens. Do I have a bar on roaming?
my husband called customer services from the UK to try and resolve. But still nothing. I’m working here for 6 weeks. Calls are essential and I’ve no way of resolving this end.

It does sound like a roaming bar on your account.
