Good afternoon.
About 3 weeks ago my mobile internet suddenly stopped working. I have done a network reset which did not work, plus wiped all my Wi-Fi passwords …
I have done a network status checker and they say that it appears that my nearest phone mast (both home and work) isn’t working and that they are working to fix the problem. This was 3 weeks ago. I’m based is UB5 and UB6. Does anyone else have this problem?

Move to a different area and see if the issue is resolved.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
i checked a place I was in yesterday with no internet (couldn’t even order an Uber) and that said that they’re fixing the mast by 11 September as opposed to my local one where no date is given.
this leads me to think that I’m getting a very poor service when I cannot get any data for the best part of 5 or 6 weeks. Is that an acceptable level of service? Online chat is useless btw
