Was switched from virgin to o2, but have not be able to use my mobile date since, called the help lines but luck so far in helping me. I had no issues before the switch, need help please.

The switch is not seamless what ever virgin tell you.
You may need to update your APN settings withing the Mobile Data Settings to mobile.o2.co.uk from Virgins Settings

You can get help from O2 via the Social Media Team, access via the link just below - much better than calling, @Cliffy. As Virgin customers were switched to O2 some weeks back, your problem may stem from the VM SIM you are using - it may need to be swapped for an O2 SIM, and your phone's settings changed so O2's ones are being used.

A SIM can be swapped in an O2 Shop too, just remember to take some photo id with you. Good luck!
