I have no mobile data i just got the H+ symbol been like it for about 3 hours . I have turned off phone and started ....no joy ...even taken out sim and put back in no joy

H+ is HSDPA means the phone has dropped down to 3G+ 

I would check to see if there are any service issues in your local area https://status.o2.co.uk
