Hello. I’ve changed from an android phone to an iPhone. When I had the android it would always say who was calling, not just on my contacts list but companies or organisations etc. It didn’t even need to be one I’d had previous contact with. Now I have an iPhone I’m not getting this anymore. When I’ve tried to find the solution it just says ‘contact your carrier’. Any ideas?
Thank you 🤞🏻

It's a carrier problem. Contact O2 and ask them to re-provision your account for an iPhone. Contact O2 via Social Media, contacts just below, or call on the relevant number in here around 08:15 tomorrow morning to talk to them about it: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Good luck, @Alimc0.
