Hi I have just upgraded my phone and when setting up my banking apps etc to hey try to send a OTP to my phone but they are coming through. I've spoken to 02 who said increase my spend cap. The codes still aren't coming through. Please can you help

Hi I in be tried all that, still no good. I receive texts from other people just not the OTP codes from apps
