No internet on my iPhone 7 in Spain, just via wifi

I can’t access internet on my phone in France and now in Spain except via wifi. I have an iPhone 7. How can I access it normally like I do in uk?

Try changing your APN to mobile.o2.co.uk @SBEW4 

If the iData bolt on has not been put on your account this will fix it while in Spain.

Or you can contact customer services and ask them to add it.
