Hello,
I hope I'm posting this in the right place as I'm not sure how else to access any help from O2. I've just bought a new phone and contract for my teenage daughter. Her number ported yesterday and WhatsApp and text messages work fine. However she can't make any calls (call just cuts off almost instantly) and she can't receive any calls (again it just cuts off). Tried restarting the phone numerous times and no idea what to do next as everything else works.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

I appear to have the ability to make and receive calls, but texting is v weird.. seems only some people can get texts to me, others are disappearing into the ether...

No idea if anyone else has a working phone yet.
But I phoned up yesterday, waited 30 minutes only to find the customer service rep sighed and then hung up before I had the chance to speak.
I nearly had better luck messaging on Twitter but I think everyone is off now for the long weekend. I gave them my mobile number and asked them to call it, which helped slightly

Customer service are still working although a limited service over the Bank Holiday w.e.
They won't call you I'm afraid. They say they will but rarely, if ever, return a call.
You have to persevere and make a nuisance of yourself I'm afraid.
You know all the numbers as I've seen you post them but for others reading this thread I'll give them again
(They are open from 8-6pm today)

Aye thanks @Cleoriff.
O2 on Twitter managed to reset the connection to my watch
Thanks for the info. Security is now completed. We can see your watch connection is showing on our system. We've reset this for you from here so you can try the setup again. Please give it 24 hours before you try this.
Just found something interesting after adding the profile back on. If I turn off Bluetooth on my Apple Watch I can actually dial out and my number does display on devices.
I’ll see what happens tomorrow, if I’m still having issues after then I’ll request a replacement esim pack as I’ve lost mine at home somewhere.
