Hello, I am not happy. I am customer of o2 for 10 years. I travel regularly overseas including outside the EU and Data roaming has always been automatically available and you charge me on my monthly bill for usage. I have just arrived on an overseas trip and there was no data roaming available and I received a text message to say I need to by a Zone 3 Bolt On to get Data Roaming. I am not happy that this has changed from the past, without telling me in advance. However, I logged on to my O2 and bought a Bolt-on ofn1 GB of Zone 3 Data Roaming. I received a text to say that my Order had gone through and that I can check on its progress on your website. That was about 36 hours ago and my Data Roaming is still not working. I still have no data on my mobile. I urgently need Data Roaming. It was bad enough that the Data Roaming facility was removed without telling me, but now having bought the Bolt-on, it's not working anyway a full day and a half later! Can you fix this for me please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Like many other people I am travelling and the transfer from Virgin has left me with no data roaming. I am waiting for medical contact and spent hours with o2 so called customer service with no result. O2 customer non service are absolutely useless. Will o2 make me miss my medical contact? Most likely

If you are abroad and have an iPhone then change your APN to mobile.o2.co.uk from idata.o2.co.uk
O2 may not have added idata to your account. The phone will work in the UK but not abroad if that is the case
