Reported no data 2 weeks ago, been sent new sim, didn't work called 5 times issue has apparently been escalated keep getting promised a call back every time and no calls! initially told have 5 days to fix and given ticket reference, nothing. Told escalated & will reply in up to 48 hours, nothing, told escalated to supervisor and told response within 24 hours, still nothing!
Can't believe how bad a mobile phone customer service is, they don't even send a text message to confirm your issue reported! That is a standard at any other company where you buy or report anything.
I've done all the reset network setting etc (multiple times) and I've put a different network sim in phone and works fine and tried the O2 sim in another phone and doesn't work.
Anyone has similar issues or best way to make a formal complaint to O2 regarding as had no data for a month now.
Thanks for any advice.
