I upgraded my SIM contract on 22 August and I am still unable to get a data connection. The call settings can't be set either. All calls are "unknown" and don't stay connected unless I am using my house WIFI. Been back to the shop 3 times & they said they had arranged for South African team to call me. First it was to be Monday then Tuesday but it's now Wednesday and no call. Phone was working perfectly well before that. Who is going to help?! Any ideas?

Dozens of threads on here with hundreds of customers having the exact same issues without any real assistance from customer service.
