Right I’ve utterly had enough of 02 biggest shower of you know what company I’ve ever dealt with , since getting a new phone and doing a sim swap and tariff upgrade to 5g every incoming call has no caller id which when your running a business is know good and costing me money in missed calls I can’t return and giving my company a bad name due to your utter Incompetence I’ve spent at least 4 hrs of my day today calling you around 10 times to get fobbed off and told a manager would call me back in 24-48hrs not good enough !!!! And that it could take 3-5 days to be sorted well you will be getting a £100 inv for every missed call I have that I can’t return not the service I expect after 14 years , if this isn’t resolved or I’ve had a call by 9:30 on the 20/6/2023 I shall be swapping my number to ee !!!!

@James07729

The workaround is to turn off wifi and 4g CALLING, not 5g / 4g data.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Well can’t be any worse than the utter inconstancy of 02 customer services and at least you get 4g/5g that actually gives you some speed rather than 02 dial up 🤣🤣🤣
