All my incoming calls show "No Caller ID" ever since I changed my i-phone and tariff over 2 years ago. I have tried calling Customer Services many times, network resets, and gone in-store and gotten a new sim. In-store agents put my new SIM card into different phones but that did not resolve the issue. Can anybody help as I can see from this site that others have had the same issue with their settings which were eventually changed?

Just to update all those interested in this issue: I am happy that my caller ID is now at last working for incoming calls. So this issue can be fixed by raising a help desk call with Customer Services who started an investigation leading to resolution. The o2 customer services agent called me today as originally promised and I found that the technical team had fixed the issue, but cannot confirm the solution as I couldn't receive any information about this except that it was a technical issue solved by the technical team who haven't left any notes about the cause. This feels unsatisfactory as I would like to know what caused the problem that I had for such a long time without resolution until now and where the fault lay. It has quite an impact not to know who is calling you especially when you have to answer the calls and then receive lots of unwanted cold calls and interruptions because you cannot filter the calls you want. However, I have been assured that I shouldn't get this problem again and that people will similar issues should call the help desk. Thanks to those who gave their input on this issue although I cannot confirm the solution except to call help desk. For sure, you helped me to feel supported.

Take a look, see if you have a new Bolt-On visible in your MyO2, one called "CLI Presentation Facility" - if not, then perhaps engineering tore down and rebuilt your account on the O2 side. You may never know... sadly!

They're the only two options that we have known to work thus far.
Mushrooms eh?

I've not got the bolt-on "CLI Presentation Facility" showing on My O2 account, so it wasn't that. Yes, mushrooms indeed!
