Since I was transferred from virgin to o2 last week my caller id for incoming calls is not working, all callers show as Unknown. I have reset my network settings as advised by customer support but still not working. How can I get this fixed please?

I had the same problem. O2, after hours on the phone, sent a new SIM to replace Virgin SIM and it solved the problem
