Hi I have contacted O2 a number of times both by telephone and chat message to get my no caller ID on all incoming calls issue on my iPhone 8 resolved. I have gone through all the appropriate phone checks and resets and changing SIMs so it is obviously an O2 issue. This only happened when I changed my SIM card recently. I have been given the runaround by O2 and am completely frustrated so can anyone help as I am on the point of changing provider. Thanks

@Boyack

You may need to try another new sim.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Thanks for that but I am fed up speaking to them as nothing gets done. Are you suggesting that I ask for another replacement sim?

As things stopped working when you changed your sim,  it could be an issue with that particular sim. Old stock etc.

If you go instore with ID they will change it for you.  They can also assess your problem. It's worth a try.

Went into O2 shop and that checked that my phone settings were okay and agreed that the SIM must be faulty so I ordered a new one. However this hasn’t worked as problem persists.  Contacted customer service again and explained issue yet again. They couldn’t resolve it but promised to get back to me by 21st March with a resolution but guess what, no call back. Failed to deliver on promises made yet again.  Think I’m probably done with O2
