No caller ID on incoming calls ESIM

Since I have had my new phone all my incoming calls are showing as no caller id or unknown number even though I still have all my contact, I have tried to redownload the eSIM myself and in the store but the problem remains the same. Please help has been going on for over a month

O2 have invented a bolt on to fix this common issue, know as the CLI Presentation facility bolt on.
Good luck finding an agent who knows about it.

No update would suggest that the issue has been resolved one way or another @Jonathan24 .
Advice remains the same - o2 either need to apply the band aid (CLI bolt on) or perform surgery (reboot your account) to resolve it.
