I have been experiencing a problem for about 7 weeks now. All incoming calls to my phone display either "No Caller ID" or "Unknown Caller". A visit to the O2 shop has confirmed that it is an O2 issue. Front end support are more than helpful and raised a ticket (several times for support to deal. After waiting the target clear time of 7 working days, the tickets are closed off as, I apparently not been in touch to advised that it is not still an issue. Is there anybody in O2 that can help me get this resolved?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
