No audio on new Oppo Find X3 Lite 5G

I have had ny phone for two days. The first time I used my headphones all was OK but as soon as took the headphones out, the phone has stuck on headphone settings and I cannot hear anything or receive calls / make calls unless I have the headphones in.

I have looked on settings and can see nothing where I can adjust this in 'Sound and vibration'.

Help!

I would contact oppo support in the first instance, and look on this page here:

If they cant help, then contact Customer Services and they should be able to sort out a replacement

You need to call 202 from your mobile. or 0344 809 0202
when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
