I have been using a basic Samsung (GT-E2120) phone on O2 (PAYG) for some years. Whenever I attempt to log on to my O2 account, regardless of reason, I get the standard response: 'We haven't been able to find an account using that mobile number.' This despite taking care to enter the number meticulously. I have no problem topping up the balance or indeed using the phone, but O2 doesn't appear to acknowledge me as an account holder. Any ideas as to how I solve this problem?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you, but is there no other solution? I do not use Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
