I have moved into new accommodation and there is absolutely no phone reception here, despite the coverage checker saying it's 'excellent'. I have one to no bars. I can not receive incoming calls. I have regular contact from my mental wellbeing team and disability support, yet now no one can get through.

I followed all the steps on the site. I spoke to an agent via the online chat, who just repeated the steps on the site and then phoned the customer service number...all the no avail. I am paying £40 a month for a phone that is now unusable. I am near the centre of Sheffield, not out in the sticks, this shouldn't be a problem. What can I do now????
