Hello
My phone has no service at all. I have dual sim and I use O2 as the primary. Tried calling but the advisor told me to reset my network settings even though I told him it would end the call but insisted he would call me on my EE number but he didn't....
Please can someone assist me

Hi
Apparently, there is an ongoing issue with customers who have an iphone with 2 sims. It's a complete nightmare as I'm unable to receive calls and I am unable to activate call-forwarding.
I use O2 as my primary number as I have unlimited data etc, and therefore if I leave my home, my secondary sim which has basic services doesn't work which leaves me without any form of communication.

What iPhone and IOS version are you running, as I have a esim on o2 and a EE physical and it works fine.

Try turning off 5g in your network settings and then reboot your phone.
