No Service while cancelling my contract

Hi,

Today I contacted O2 via calling 202 to cancel my contract. The customer support lady read me the relevant text and then put me on hold "for a second". While being on hold the line broke up and since then I have No Service, can`t login to my O2 and my number is inactive ("not allocated"). Shouldn`t be there a 30 days period while I could keep my number or at least an access to MyO2 to be able to see my final bill? It seems like I've been just cut off from O2 immediately in the middle of my call.

Please advise.

If you have reached the minimum term of your contract there is no notice period required and cancellations are actioned immediately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
