This is day 4 of having network issues in my area after supposed mast upgrades on Monday (20/03/23). I know for a fact that it is just the area that I live in as when I travel out of the area my network starts working again. This is unacceptable as I am currently paying for a service that I can't use in my house, and yet every time I am reporting it online nothing seems to be done. Can this please be investigated, as it is costing me work currently with being unable to receive or make calls.
