No Mobile Signal Inside My House - Poor Outside

I moved into my properly 2 years ago and have had terrible mobile signal. The coverage tracker is saying I should have good signal both indoors and out. I've had a new phone while at the property, and it's been switched on and off many times.

Can anyone help 😞 missing a lot of calls and not able to dial out.

Two years is a long time. If you can't sort it I would be trying PAYG SIM cards from other networks to test which is best in your location

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
