Can anyone help please, I've just switched to O2 from Tesco Mobile, and now all incoming calls are showing Unknown or no caller ID.
I see multiple people here have the same issue, have called customer service multiple times but keep getting told to check my phone settings.
Clearly its not a phone setting issue, and something on the O2 side.

Unfortunately we have lost the support of the O2 account advisers now
So the only advice we can give is
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

same problem !just bought new phone magic 5 pro 512g, swap new 5g SIM but no caller number,use vodamfone sim is working, before use old o2 sim is working, change new one , same problem

I've just moved an esim to my new iPhone 15 Pro and guess what... No incoming Caller ID !! After speaking to O2 (and they suggesting I enable Caller ID - which is enabled but that is for outgoing calls!) they have raised a ticket and said it will take 5-10 days for somebody to investigate and fix! Not impressed.

You have posted on a couple of old threads that you are having the "same problem" ; but the problems that had been set out were not identical.
Could I suggest that you start a new thread and clearly describe the problems that you are having ? We will then try to help you.

Hi , the only thing that has worked for me after a long winded process was 02 resetting my account. The cli add on did not work. They reset my account a couple of weeks ago and that seems to have sorted the problem.

Maybe that is a way forward for you @Markynshaz ; to ask O2 to reset your account ?
