I am paying for 4g coverage at PA28 6RF and I am down at 2g1 bar get the fixed now

You don't pay for specific network connection, you pay for a connection to o2's network whether that be 2G or 5G..

@Anonymous According to this: O2 | Service Status O2 has no coverage at all in this postcode. Not even 2G.
