Hi I have very recently registered my new O2 simcard & the offer that came with it was for £10 free credit when it was first topped up. I followed the instructions as noted but I was only credited with an additional £5 of credit. It’s also disappointing that I tried to customise my bundle but it wouldn’t allow this until after the first top up so I’m left with less data available this month. Thank you for your assistance.

Call O2 on 4445 as we can't assist with account issues on here, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
