I have a new sim being delivered as part of my new Virgin media Ultimate Volt pack which I ordered today 23/02. I have received an email from O2 telling me I have a new number which I do not want . I specifically asked when I filled the order form on line that I wanted to keep my old number who do I need to contact in order to keep my old number Thanks.
