Hi, i have upgraded my Son's phone and received a new sim.
I have tried the text to swap sim and the message comes back not delivered. I tried through my 02 but never recieved a code to clarify who i am. Help required please!

I'd try the sim swap again and if still not working, you'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Which phone did you get?
