New sim contract

Hi people,

My contact is due for renewal on the 12th and ive found a cheaper deal with more data on o2 but through moneysupermarket, how do it get that one and change from this one when it ends as have been with o2 only one year and its not obvious how to get the new contract.

Apply for the deal through msn and if accepted you can migrate your current number to the new contract Guide: Migration & porting into O2

So after speaking to the advisor if I want a new account they can open the new deal now or if I keep my current account I wait until the expiry of my contract and go from there!

A third option to take the new deal now is to pay off your current contract.
