Hi @mralanlawson   welcome to the o2 Community forum 

Please remove your personal details. 

You will need to ask customer services to send you a sim. You can also get a new sim from an o2 store.

You have to contact o2 customer services. 

We are a customer Community  not customer services.

if you do not have a phone use Skype

You can get a sim from an o2 shop and they can get it all sorted for you  if you can get to a shop.
