I have Galaxy S9, and have transferred everything to my new Galaxy A34 5G. I think they both use Nano sim and Galaxy A34 5G has come sim free. I am not sure how to proceed. Could I just take the sim from S9 and insert it to A34? Will that work or do I need to phone 02 and get a sim card. I am on Pay as You Go with O2. Thanks

No point in doing a sim swap on PAYG.

5G is not available to you.

Just use your old sim.

You could use the sim from old phone but if you wanted a 5G sim you need to pop instore with ID and ask the store staff to transefer everything over for you.

Otherwise phone 4445.

or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).
