I have a new IPhone 14pro max. 

I think I have not set the phone up correctly as I can’t receive or make calls.

 

Can anyone help

@Rolly2 You can try Apple support: Official Apple Support

If the phone is brand new and the setup didn't go correctly you can always do a factory reset and start from the beginning again. You won't have lost anything.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
