Hi I am wondering if anyone could help me. Yesterday I got an new phone and they said that I can keep my number but gave me an temporary number for the time being till my new phone has my number. The number they have gave me has been cut off this morning and I can't make no calls or text why is this and how will I get my old number back

It means the porting of your old number has started.

You need to put your new O2 sim in your phone and keep rebooting until you get a connection.

It can take up to 24 hours but usually no more than 3 to 4 hours.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Or you can use social  media
