My new phone I collected on Monday has still not connected with my old number

To activate the new sim you need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Is this an upgrade or are you porting in from another network?

 

If an upgrade then you just use your old sim card in the new phone..


If a port then did you get a text with a port date? and the port wont have started to be processed until yesterday, so the first day it could have happened at all would be today.

 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
