I have been into a store, they have checked over the phone and say I need a new one as there seems to be a hardware fault. They could not do it in store as the order was online. Not easy working out how to arrange this on the website!

You need to call customer services on 202 from the o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
if it is over 14 days it might be quicker to speak to direct the phone manufacturer
