Hi there, 

I purchased a new phone on the 14th October and haven't received any emails regarding an update for delivery since then.

 

Is there any way to track this? I have also tried to login on the app and it still says it isn't available to me yet, but should have been from 48 hours after purchase.

 

Any help would be great, thanks.
